1. Consultation
  • Email referral form filled out by the referring dentist to to request case approval and treatment plan.

  • In some cases, further investigations may be requested before the case is approved (ex. Cone Beam CT, sleep study, medical consultation or even a separate consultation appointment).

2. Set a date
  • Once enough cases are approved, email to request a date for a sedation day to start booking approved patients and collecting security deposits.

3. One week confirmation
  • One week before sedation day, call patients to confirm appointments and remind them of the pre-operative instructions.

  • Email to confirm upcoming sedation schedule or to re-schedule another date if not enough patients are confirmed.
